Poor customer service and products

Poor customer service and products
I Bought some very expensive post partum leggings. Seam of hem on one leg started coming unstitched after one wash. There was other lose stitching on the fabric so I contacted via facebook. They won't replace. They will only refund If I return. Then I have to re order a new pair
I have been messaging them, waiting for a returns label since 1st september and have chased several times.

Terrible returns / refund experience - long delays

Love the clothes but wouldn't order from again due to recessive return delays. 3 weeks since return was sent and still no refund. Was told by customer service they would process in 24 hours when I called but that didn't happen.

Ordered some clothes in their sale and…

Ordered some clothes in their sale and had them delivered to a local store. When I went to pick them up the store told me that the code provided by Hubbox (the company that arranges this for Seraphine) was incorrect and I couldn't take the parcel. I tried to get in touch with Hubbox to sort and they ignored me. When I got in touch with Seraphine they chased. In the end (two weeks after I ordered the clothes) the shop sent them back to Seraphine and I was refunded. Won't be re-ordering b/c of the nightmare involved and now the sale is over so the clothes are more expensive!! Really poor experience - although can't say anything about the clothes themselves

Poor Quality and really bad refund policy

Firstly the quality had really gone down hill. I expect more when paying so much for clothing. I can still get away with wearing items I bought during my first pregnancy but everything I got recently has fallen to bits. I had to return some items because of poor quality. The seams came away after two weeks so they initially exchanged the items (which took ages) but the same thing happened again so I requested a refund. Refund process was ridiculous. Had to send the items back even though they were fit for the bin (gave photo evidence).... Not environmentally friendly but fair enough. When I popped the parcel into the post they sent me an email informing me that my item was in the post but they would refund it when it was at their warehouse. One month later I get an email saying they finally have the parcel and they are going to give me my money back in 14 working days. So that's over 7 weeks for a refund or an item that fell apart and fit for the bin. Really not impressed.

Returns take ages

I've been waiting more than two weeks for my refund. The returned items are stuck in transit to Belgium, unclear when they will get delivered. Terrible service, I will never buy from this company again.

Terrible service

This company does not offer refunds despite not receiving my item, which was apparently delivered and then sent back to sender. Would not recommend.

The company does not refund, despite the return policy

Buyers beware - this company does not issue refunds! I have been waiting 2 months for my refund of £75 and have followed up with no luck. The items were returned 2 months ago, the company tells me they will issue a refund within "the next few days" but this is a lie. The clothes are unfashionable, not great quality, and expensive.

Watch out for returns process!!

I’ve had some lovely clothes from Seraphine, but be very wary of the returns!
I returned 1 dress out of an order of 5 items and despite it being sent 18 days ago it’s still in transit to the returns warehouse. Once it gets to the warehouse, it could take a further 14 days to process the refund. I’ve never ordered anything from another retailer that’s taken so long to refund. As a result I wouldn’t re-order through them again. Clothes are lovely though so would order through a 3rd party like John Lewis.

Poor quality, despite the nice designs

Well-designed clothes, but extremely poor quality. Over two pregnancies I have bought a few pairs of jeans, breast-feeding singlets, 2 dresses and a swimsuit. The jeans and swimsuit have been fine, but the dresses are appalling in terms of quality. Both have had the buttons fall off (I've hand sewed them back on) and stitching come undone. One dress literally fell apart in the wash, despite a low temperature and cycle speed. I contacted customer services about this as it felt pretty poor, and because it was over 6 months since purchase there was absolutely nothing they could do. I've since shared a picture of the dress on social media and I was amazed at how many of my friends had the same experience. My verdict is that the clothes Seraphine make are really nice, but to be honest, for the price you pay I would choose another brand that is more durable and less 'fast fashion' if you want these to last over multiple pregnancies.

Poor quality for the money

Poor quality fabrics. I have only worn the occasion dress to 2 weddings and the seam on one of the skirt panels has already come apart. The dress does not wash well, it looks like something you would buy in primary except £100 more expensive. Save your money and buy something of quality.
